 This privacy policy statement describes how “O2 Universal” mobile application and/or “O2 Universal Fitness Studio” collects and uses the personal information you provide. By using our mobile app (“O2 Universal”), and the features and services made available through the mobile app, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy. We use the personal information collected through the mobile application in an effort to fulfill our commitment to offering and providing unparalleled member service.

 This Privacy Policy may change as we continue to evolve our business, as well as the new features and services made available through the mobile application. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised document here, and such changes will be effective immediately upon that posting. Your continued use of the mobile application constitutes your acceptance of such changes and agreement to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy, and so we recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically when accessing or using the O2 Universal mobile application.

 As with all information transmitted over the Internet, security cannot be guaranteed. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

1. Information we collect:

 We may collect information about you whenever you use the O2 Universal services:

  - When you create membership application on the O2 Universal App, we may ask for Personal Information such as your name, surname, home address, email, phone number, profile photo and your secret password. You can edit and update certain information in your account through the My Profile tab in the O2 Universal App.

  - When you are already a member of the O2 Universal Fitness Studio, we may ask for Personal Information such as your phone number, email address, password, and your current membership card identification number.

2. How we use your personal information:

 Your personal information are combined with the records from the Attendance and Billing Software in the O2 Universal Fitness Studio and are used in a way to provide you best membership experience. This combined data is used for:

  - to provide you with information about other goods, promotions and services we offer

  - to provide you access to your personal membership attendance register

  - to provide you access to your personal gym payments

  - to maintain membership records

  - to improve our app, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.

  - to notify you about changes to our service.

 Attendance records of members will be given to those companies who pay for the membership for their employees when requested.

3. Sharing your information

 We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose your personal information:

  - as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.

  - when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

  - to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.

4. Security

 The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
